防爆认证

送检须知（中文版）

1、提供拟申请NEPSI认可的全部产品的清单，包括：产品型号、产品规格和产品防爆标志等。

2、产品防爆技术设计描述资料。

3、与防爆型式有关的关键图纸。

对于本安型产品：应包括总装图、电路结构图、电路原理图和元器件清单等；

对于隔爆型产品：应包括总装图及全部相关的零部件结构图等。

产品设计根据国家标准：

GB3836.1-2010

GB3836.2-2010

GB3836.3-2010

GB3836.4-2010

等进行。

4、产品安装、使用和维护说明书。

5、如可能，请提供国外防爆检验机构（如：PTB，FM等）出具的认可文件（试验报告和防爆合格证书）。

6、ISO9001证书复印件。

7、每个系列产品准备一台典型样品（隔爆型产品准备两台样机）。

Documentation & sample required for NEPSI Approval

1、A complete list of all products with model(s), option(s) & Ex-marking(s), which are inteded to apply for NEPSI approval;

2、A copy of Ex technical description for every products;

3、A copy of key drawings relating to the Ex type for every products (For intinisically safe products, including general assembly, circuit physical layout drawings, schematic(s) and parts lists etc.; For explosinproof products, including general assembly, relative part construction drawings with explosionproof parameters etc.)；Design should be done according to national standards GB3836.1/2/3/4-2010;

4、Installation, operation and maintenance instructions;

5、If possible, approval documentation (test report and Ex certificate) by internationally recongnized testing agencies,e.g. PTB, FM etc..

6、Copy of ISO9001 Certificate.

7、One typical sample for every series products;( two typical samples for flameproof product);
